This role sits at the front of our commercial engine. You identify clients across pharma, nutraceutical, chemical, veterinary, and food sectors - qualify their requirements, prepare competitive quotations, and convert opportunities into confirmed purchase orders. You then grow those accounts into long-term partnerships. You work directly alongside the sourcing and logistics teams with visibility to senior leadership from day one.
B.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Chemistry, Biotechnology, BBA, B.Com, MBA, or a related field
1-2 years in B2B sales, business development, customer success, or pharma and chemical sales.
Background in pharmaceutical ingredients, bulk drugs, chemical trading, or export-import is a strong advantage.

The fixed salary is Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000 per month based on experience. On top of that, there is an uncapped variable incentive tied directly to gross profit generated, orders closed, and repeat business. Not mandatory. We will consider any candidate with 1-2 years of B2B sales experience who is commercially sharp, self-motivated, and eager to learn. That said, a background in pharmaceutical ingredients, bulk drugs, chemical trading, or export-import is a significant advantage and will be weighted accordingly.
